RETURN OR EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM

 If for any reason you need to return or exchange any of our products, please follow the instructions below:

1- Email us the information concerning the return or exchange to returnsexchanges@saveontonerrefillkits.com, including what the problem is, if is applicable.

a) Name used in the original purchase
b) Copy of the original packing slip
c) RMA number that will be provided by email as soon as we receive your return email
d) If you do not have some of the items above, make sure that you will provide any other
information which can help us to identify your original purchase, such as: date of the original purchase, order number, ups/fedex tracking number, phone number and email used in the original order, etc.
